Cocktail: Madame Bovary 

As you probably already know, Looking Glass puts its collective minds together to bring you the freshest and maddest cocktails in town! This month we’ve created some fantastic variations around the sister cocktail to the Manhattan - the Brooklyn. The classic Brooklyn is made up of: rye whisky, dry vermouth, Amer Picon and maraschino liqueur.
